Terms & Conditions

The Health Shop Loyalty Card is provided to offer benefits and rewards to our regular customers (members).

In applying for a Loyalty Card you agree to the terms below:

  1. Membership to The Health Shop Loyalty Card/ Points scheme is free.
  2. The Health Shop Loyalty Cards / Loyalty Points are not transferable and can only be used by the original applicant of the card. On application Loyalty Card members must provide full name, contact phone number & email address. Additional personal details may be requested.
  3. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of The Health Shop.
  4. It is a card holder’s responsibility to keep address details updated.
  5. On application members will be requested to provide their communication preferences. This can be changed at any time by request.
  6. The Health Shop collects and holds information gathered from members in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. The Health Shop may use details from the application form and member transactions to better understand shopping habits and improve services as a result.
  7. The Health Shop will not pass-on member information to third parties
  8. The Health Shop Loyalty Card & Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions are subject to change periodically, please check this page periodically for any updates to the terms. Your continued use of the program indicates your acceptance of changes.

Members have the right to access and correct personal information. This can be done by calling (07) 348 4883 during business hours 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Information will be kept at our head office in Rotorua.


  1. Loyalty Card stamps are accrued & redeemed in store only.
  2. Cards must be presented to check out operators at the time of purchase.
  3. For every $10 you spend with us you will accrue 1 stamp. After you reach 15 stamps you will get $10 off the next time you shop in-store. You can choose to save your reward for future purchases.
  4. There is no expiry for in-store Loyalty Cards.


  1. For every $1 you spend with us you will accrue 1 point in Loyalty Points. After you reach 20 Loyalty Points you will be able to redeem your points for $10 off your next order.
  2. There is no limit to the number of Loyalty Points you can accrue with each order.
  3. Your available discount will be automatically applied to your order at Checkout. You will be able to see your Loyalty Points balance appear in the Payment Methods (on the checkout page). If you’d like to save up your Loyalty Points for another order, simply untick this box.
  4. You have the option to either redeem or save your Loyalty Points. You can’t choose to redeem just a portion of your Loyalty Points balance. We recommend that you redeem your Loyalty Points on every order, so that there is no risk of your Loyalty Points expiring and not being used.
  5. You have 120 days from your last order before your Loyalty Points expire and cannot be used.
